About us
The Watch Doctor grew out of a physical watch showroom on Digha Ashiana Road — not a website built first and a service figured out later.
Our showroom, World of Titan, has been serving customers at Jamuna Arcade, Shop No. 6 & 7, Digha Ashiana Road, Patna, for years. Watch repair was always part of what happened at that counter — customers walking in with a stopped watch, a cracked glass, or a strap that had finally given up.
The Watch Doctor is that same counter, extended online — so a customer in Gaya or Bhagalpur gets the same careful attention as someone who can walk in the door in Patna.
Rather than asking every customer in Bihar to send their watch to one city, we work with a network of vetted technicians across the state. Every technician is known to us, tested before taking on customer work, and assigned jobs that match their specific skill — everyday battery and strap work, or more delicate movement and vintage restoration.
The Patna showroom remains the hub: it's where quality checks happen, where harder jobs are routed, and where you can always walk in and talk to someone in person.
Some watches are just tools for telling the time. Others were given at a wedding, passed down from a parent, or kept because of who wore them. We treat every watch with the same base standard of care, and we treat the second kind with a little more patience — original parts preserved wherever possible, and a quality check before anything leaves our hands.
We're starting in Bihar because it's where we know the ground — the cities, the technicians, the customers. The plan is to grow the same way, city by city, state by state, without losing the part that made this work in the first place: a real person checking a real watch before it goes back to you.
