Getting a quote is always free, with no obligation. You can cancel your order at any point before your watch is collected or dropped off, at no cost.
If you change your mind after your watch has been collected but before any repair work has started, your watch will be returned to you. Any courier or pickup charges already incurred may be deducted.
Once a technician has begun work on your watch, the service is considered rendered and is generally non-refundable, except where the completed repair does not resolve the issue originally described — in which case it is covered under our service warranty (see below), and we will correct it at no extra cost.
Every completed repair includes a warranty period against the same issue recurring. If it does, we will re-examine and correct it at no additional charge, within the warranty period.
Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
