A note for whoever is setting this page up (5 minutes, no coding)

  1. Go to formspree.io and create a free account.
  2. Click New Form, name it "Watch Doctor Orders", and copy the form endpoint it gives you — it looks like https://formspree.io/f/abcdwxyz.
  3. Open this file (order.html) in Hostinger's File Manager, click Edit.
  4. Find the text PASTE_YOUR_FORMSPREE_URL_HERE (use Ctrl+F / Cmd+F to search) and replace it with the link you copied.
  5. Save. The form will now email every submission straight to the inbox you signed up with.
