Photos of your watch that you send us, used only to assess the repair.
Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or the website order form.

Your information is used only to provide a quote, coordinate your repair, process payment, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Who sees it

The technician assigned to your repair sees the details and photos relevant to your specific job. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider (Razorpay) and are not stored by us.

4. How long we keep it

We retain order records for as long as reasonably needed for warranty and service history purposes, and to meet any applicable legal or tax record-keeping requirements.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting hello@thewatchdoctor.in, except where we're required to retain records by law.
